Marie LeBlanc, 90 Former resident of Fitchburg
BOUCTOUCHE, New Brunswick -- Marie LeBlanc, 90, of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, formerly of 68 Clarendon St., Fitchburg, Mass., died Monday, Sept. 7, in Hopital Stella Maris de Kent, Sainte-Anne de Kent, after a long illness.
Born March 27, 1908, in Sainte-Marie de Kent, she was the daughter of Damien and Marie LeBlanc.
She had lived in Fitchburg before moving back to Canada about 20 years ago.
She leaves four sons, Herve LeBlanc of Bouctouche, Paul LeBlanc and Ernest LeBlanc, both of Fitchburg, and Felix LeBlanc of Ayer, Mass; five daughters, Dora LeBlanc and Aline Thebeau, both of Saint-Antoine de Kent, Geneva Hache of Cocagne, Lorraine Leger of Fitchburg and Jeannine Thebeau of Templeton, Mass.; 27 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Her husband, Donat LeBlanc, died before her. Two brothers, Emilien LeBlanc and Anthony LeBlanc, and two sisters, Eva LeBlanc and Rose Allain, also died before her.
