GREAT SHEMOGUE - The death of Elzear LeBlanc, age 92, of Great Shemogue occurred at The Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Tuesday, November 5,1996.
Born in Cap Pele, he was a son of the late Albanie and Delphine (LeBlanc) LeBlanc. He was a Farmer, a member of the Club D'Age D'Or of Great Shemogue, a member of St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church of Great Shemogue, a member of the Tuesday Golden Age Bowling Team. His hobbies included playing cards and gardening.
He is survived by his son, Jean-Paul LeBlanc and wife Doreen of Shemogue; one grandson, Marc and wife Renee and great granddaughter Tiffany of Halifax, N.S.; a half-sister, Elizabeth LeBlanc of Shediac and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Lily; grandson Todd Robert; two brothers, Alexandre and Martin; four sisters, Exelda, Celine, Justine, Emilianne; a half-brother Fred; a half-sister Lea.
Resting at the Club D'Age D'Or in Great Shemogue with visiting hours Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held Friday, November 8, 1996 at 11 a.m. at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, Great Shemogue. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
