Theresa Farineau
BRISTOL, Conn -- Theresa (Leger) Farineau, 91, widow of Louis Farineau, died on Monday, Dec. 3, at Ingraham Manor.
Mrs. Farineau was born on April 9, 1916, in Fitchburg, and was a daughter of the late Antoine and Evangeline Leger. She was raised in Fitchburg, and resided in Bristol, Conn., since 1946. She worked at W.T. Grants and Caldor’s, and was a member of St. Ann Church in Bristol, Conn., where she was a member of the Ladies of St. Ann Society.
Mrs. Farineau is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew and Maria Farineau of Plainville, Conn., Joseph and Anna Farineau of Bristol, Conn., and Henry and Linda Farineau of Princeton; a daughter and son-in-law, Helen and Larry Thomas of Wolcott, Conn.; two sisters, Rita Arpin of Leominster and Lucille Martineau of Harvard; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a great-granddaughter, Breanna.
FARINEAU -- A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, Dec. 6, at 10 a.m. at St. Ann Church. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol, Conn.
