Dieppe man died in motorcycle crash -
a 21 year old Dieppe man died in hospital Tuesday night after the motorcycle he was driving collided with a car on the Fox Creek area of Dieppe, who was pronounced dead shortly before midnight at Moncton Hospital. Cause of death has been listed as internal injuries. Dieppe Police Chief Bliss Noiles said the mishap occurred at 7:20 p.m. Driver and lone occupant of the late-model Dodge, Lucie Leger of Memramcook, was treated and later released from hospital. Coroner Dr. J .A. Delaney did not order an autopsy but has reserved a decision on an inquest. Chief Noiles said total damage was estimated at $6,000. Born in Fox Creek, he was a son of Pierre Arsenault of Springhill, N.S. and Francoise Leger of Cap Pele. He was an employee for Gauvin Produce and had been on holidays. He attended the St. Anselme Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his parents, five sisters, Mrs. Donald LeBlanc (Lorraine), Mrs. Thomas Gould (Therese) and Mrs. Jean-Guy Doiron (Yvette), all of Fox Creek; Germaine of Moncton, Patsy of Fox Creek; four brother, Roger, Paul, Robert and Gerard, all of Fox Creek. The body is resting at Frenette's Funeral home in Moncton with funeral to be from St. Anselme's Roman Catholic Church on Friday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
