Dorine Landry, 61, wife of Francis Landry of Riverside Dr., Shediac passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 following a short battle with cancer.
Born in Shediac, she was the daughter of Maria Bourque and the late Joseph Pellerin. Dorine was a past employee with the Villa Providence, Shediac and spent her spare time as a volunteer within her community and in helping others. She attended St. Joseph R.C. Church and was a member of the Golden Age Club in Shediac.
Dorine will be sadly missed by all who knew her, especially her mother Maria (Bourque) Pellerin of Shediac, her loving husband of 42 years Francis, and their children: Paul Landry (Lucille) and Linda Lirette (Ludger) of Scoudouc; two sisters: Juliette Pellerin and Noëlla Léger both of Shediac, and one brother Gérard 'Gerry' Pellerin (Odette) of Shediac; grandmother to Natasha Gallant, Brandon Lirette and Stephanie Landry and by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by her father Joseph Pellerin.
Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Monday, July 3rd from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Tuesday, July 4th from 9a.m. until time of departure (9:50a.m.). Funeral Mass at Saint-Joseph R.C. Church, Shediac on Tuesday, July 4th, 2006 at 10a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery .
In Dorine's memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
