B. Thibodeau -
The death of Bazile Thibodeau of 348 Lutz Street, Moncton, occurred at Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital on Monday after a sudden illness. He was 64. Born in Upper Aboujagne, he was the son of the late Pierre and Emma (Belliveau) Thibodeau. He was a retired labourer and attended Assumption Cathedral. He is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Bob Armstong, (Claudette) of Chatham; Mrs. Leo LeBlanc, (May) of Riverview; Mrs. Sam Sarkisian, (Doreen) of Ohio; Mrs. Antoinin LeBlanc (Alice) of Upper Aboujagne; and Mrs. John Belliveau (Theresa) of Moncton; three sons, Norman of Riverview and Gerald and Victor of Moncton; four sisters, Mrs. Edgar Albert (Marie) of Fitchburg, Mass.; Mrs. Ralph Porter (Bertie) of Boston; Mrs. Dismas Leger (Aurore) of Montreal; and Mrs. Frank Clark (Alice) also of Montreal; one brother, Alphonse Thibodeau of Upper Aboujagne; three half sisters, Mrs. Rene LeBlanc (Irene), Mrs. Filicien LeBlanc (Lola) and Mrs. Eric Cormier (Lorraine) all of Fox Creek; five half-brothers, Phillip, Albain, Alphonse Gerard and Cleophas LeBlanc all of Fox Creek; and 11 grandchildren. The body is resting at Frenette's Funeral Home, Moncton and will be taken to L'Assumption Cathedral for funeral services at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery.
