LeBLANC, BERNICE - 1945 - 2010 - Grande-Digue -
Bernice LeBlanc, 65, passed away peacefully at the Moncton City Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 12, 2010 after a lengthy illness. Born in Rogersville on April 24, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and Alvina (Morton) Doiron. Even while going through numerous medical conditions of her own and spending days, weeks and even months in the hospital at one time, Bernice with her loving ways, spent over ten years providing insight with patients going through breast cancer. Bernice will sadly be missed by her husband, Leo-Paul; her son, Brian of Grande-Digue; four brothers, Bobby Doiron (late Barbara) of Waltham, USA, Larry Doiron (Jackie) of Alberta, Ralph Doiron (Rejeanne) and Eugene Doiron (Jeanne) both of St-John, NB; eight sisters, Gladys Caissie (Edmond) of Rogersville, Frances Metcalfe (Bob) of St-John, NB, Alice Whalen (late Harry) of Moncton, Noreen Mancuso (Tom) of Marlborough, USA, Mildred Leger (Fernand) of Billerica, USA, Sheila Hebert (Ronnie) of USA, Irene Sullivan (Roger) and Sharon Lemon (Brent) both of Quispamsis, NB; also several cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Tuesday, December 14th from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday, December 15th from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Funeral mass will be celebrated at La Visitation RC Church in Grande-Digue on Wednesday, December 15th at 11 am. A special thank you to the nurses at the Moncton City Hospital.
