Elizabeth Goguen -
The death of Mrs. Elizabeth Goguen, widow of Napoleon Goguen of Cap Pele occurred at Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital Tuesday after a long illness. She was 79. Born at St. Andre, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Evangeline (Drisdelle) LeBlanc. Surviving are, four daughters, Mrs. Damien Cormier (Anna) of Cap Pele, with whom she resided, and Mrs. Aderice Leger (Eleanor), Mrs. Mike Bowlen (Leone) and Mrs. August Cormier (Anita), all of St. Andre; five sons, Albert of Five Islands, Leon of Cap Pele, and Clarice, Arthur and Alphonse, all of St. Andre; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Thibodeau of Robichaud Office and Mrs. Amand LeBlanc of Little Cape; one brother, Albert LeBlanc of St. Andre; 26 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. The body is resting at Richard's funeral home in Shediac with service to be held at St. Theresa's Roman Catholic church, Cap Pele, Friday at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
