Marguerite Petitpas 1914 - 2009 -
Marguerite Petitpas, 95, wife of the late William ''Willie'' Petitpas formerly of Scoudouc passed away on Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Villa Providence, Shediac. Born January 29, 1914 in Scoudouc, she was the daughter of the late Jude and Julienne (Belliveau) Léger. She is survived by a son Everard Petitpas of Moncton, a step-son René Petitpas of Saskatoon, three grandchildren, six great grandchildren, one great great grandson and by many nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her husband Willie (1987), she is predeceased by a step-son Raymond, and by several siblings: Anna, Evelyne, Vivian, Viola, Jeanne, Lorette, Jude and Edgar. Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Wednesday, from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, from 10 a.m. until time of departure 10:50 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac.
