A. D. Caissie Dies At 83
The death of Armand D. Caissie occurred at his home at Cocagne Cape on Tuesday after a long illness. He was 83 years of age. The deceased was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Damien Caissie of Grand Digue. He is survived by his wife, Mary Oseline Cormier of Grand Digue; four sons, Philip, Raoul, both of Cocagne Cape, Joseph with whom he resided and Armand, Parkton; eight daughters, Mrs. Blair Boudreau (Margaret), Mrs. Leo Boudreau (Oseline), Mrs. Louis LeBlanc (Cecile), of Parkton, Mrs. Aubrey Melanson (Adeline) of Lewisville, Mrs. Emile Arsenault (Rosanna) of Shediac, Mrs. Antoine J. Boudreau (Madelaine) of Boudreau Office, Rev. Sister Francois Antionette and Rev. Sister Francois Phillis, both of the Congregation of Providence in Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. Jim Caissie of Grand Digue and Mrs. Phillip Leger of Notre Dame. The body was taken from Frenette's Funeral Home Wednesday to the home of his son, Joseph, in Cocagne Cape, where the funeral will be held Friday morning, August 23 at 9.00 from Grand Digue Roman Catholic Church, with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
