Leonide LeBlanc Cap Pele (Special) -
The death of Leonide LeBlanc of Cap Pele occurred Tuesday at Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital in Moncton following a brief illness. He was 58. Born in Cap Pele, he was a son of the late Damien and Lea (Boudreau) LeBlanc. He was a member of the Cap Pele fire department and attended the Cap Pele Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Yvonne Leger; four daughters, Mrs. Laurie LeBlanc (Carmel), Rogersville; Mrs. Ray Olmstead (Margarie), Toronto; and Mrs. Leopold Gaudet (Leontine) and Gerene LeBlanc, both of Cap Pele; four sons, Leo Paul, Camille and Ronald all of Cap Pele and Victor, Kitchener, Ont.; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur J. Belliveau (Leontine), and Mrs. Loney Leger (Sara), both of Shediac and 11 grandchildren. The body is resting at Frenette's funeral home in Shediac. The funeral mass will be celebrated Friday at 11a.m. at the Cap Pele Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
