Léo-Paul Maillet 1930 - 2008 -
Léo-Paul Maillet, 78, of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and formerly of Saint-Joseph de Kent, has passed away at the residence on Tuesday December 30th, 2008. Married to Délia (LeBlanc) Maillet, he was born in Gardner, Mass on October 10th, 1930 to the late Arthur and the late Azélie (LeBlanc) Maillet. Léo-Paul leaves to mourn him his eight children, Léola Maillet-Léger (Georges), Géraldine LeBlanc (Alphée) both of Bouctouche, Annette Maillet (René Richard) of Saint-Antoine, Andréa Carroll (Ronnie) of Calgary, Lucille Boucher (Roger) of Notre-Dame, Jean-Paul (Rosa) of Bouctouche, Raymond, Guy (Marina) both of Sainte-Marie de Kent, seven grandchildren, Rémi, Nadine, Mireille, Annick, Jérémie, Anika, Parise one sister, Maria Bastarache (Eddy) of West Minister, Mass., and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by two brothers, Gerard and Alonzo. Visitation will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie de Kent, on Friday January 2nd, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Saturday from 8 to 8:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Church on Saturday January 3rd, 2009 at 9:00 am In Léo-Paul's memory donations can be made to the Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, or to the Alzheimer Society.
