A. M. Bourque Shediac (Special) -
The death of Arthur M. Bourque of Cap Pele occurred in Cap Pele Tuesday, following a brief illness. He was 84. Born in Cap Pele, he was a son of the late Melas Bourque and the former Catherine Hebert. He was retired lumber surveyor and a member of the Cap Pele Roman Catholic Church. His wife, the former Lena Blanche, died in 1915. He is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Alice LeBlanc of Amherst, Mrs. William Devarinne of Kingston, Ont., Mrs. Alban Gallant of Shediac Cape and Mrs. Levi Leger of Sackville and one brother, Charles of Springfield, Mass. The body is resting at Frenette's funeral home in Shediac. Funeral mass will be celebrated in the Cap Pele Roman Catholic Church, Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
