SAINT-ANTOINE SUD, NB - Ida Léger, 86, widowed of Zoel, of SaintAntoine Sud, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2004 at the Dr. G.L. Dumont Hospital, after a brief illness. Born on October 8, 1917 in SainteMarie de Kent, she was the daughter of the late Emilien Arsenault and Exelda LeBlanc. She was employed doing hand sanding for Wiley of Gardner, Mass. and attended Saint-Antoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Antoine. She is survived by one daughter, Adrienne Lanteigne of Saint-Antoine; three sons, Clarence (Elianne) of Sainte-Marie de Kent, Alonzo (Barbara) of Gardner, Mass., Robert of SaintAntoine; three sisters, Rita Richard (Louis) of Notre-Dame, Alphonsine Babineau of Shédiac Rd., Noella Brook of Irishtown; four brothers, Acquila of Moncton, Désiré (Edmée), Ovila (Léona) both of Saint-Antoine, Alfred of Cocagne; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by one sister, Laura; two brothers, Cléophas, Edgar. Resting at Saint-Antoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine with visiting hours on Tuesday, January 13 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, and Wednesday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral service will be held at SaintAntoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Antoine on Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at 4 pm. Interment in the parish cemetery.
