Mrs. Hypolite Gagnon Shediac, Dec. 13 -
Following an illness of 12 days. Mrs. Gannon, widow of Hypolite Gagnon, of Dupuis Corner Office, parish of Shediac, passed away at her home during the night, following a paralytic stroke. Mrs. Gagnon was highly esteemed and had many friends. She was 70 years of age and was formerly Miss Olive Leger, daughter of Andre Leger, of Robichaud. She leaves to mourn four sons, Albeni, at home; Andre, of Moncton; Cyrus, at home, and eZnos, of Fitchburg, Mass.; three daughters, Mrs. John Richard (Marie Anne), of Moncton; Mrs. Emile Leger (Alma), of Lynn, Mass., and Miss Delphine Gagnon, at home; a sister, Mrs. Alphee C. LeBlanc, of Robichaud, and a brother, Alphee Leger, of Fitchburg, Mass. The funeral will take place on Saturday morning at St. Henry's Catholic Church, Barachois, Rev. Father Edgar LeBlanc, pastor.
