Lillianne Leger 1921-2007
Lillianne Leger, 85, wife of the late Pamphile Leger, of Villa du Repos, formerly of Broadway Avenue, Moncton, passed away Saturday, March 17, 2007 at the Villa following a lengthy illness. Born April 5, 1921 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Camille and Laura (Richard) Belliveau. She is survived by her three children, Jeannette LeBlanc, Bernie (Bonnie), and Paul all of Moncton; her brothers and sisters, Doris Bourgeois (Léo) of Dartmouth, Margaret LeBlanc (Jules) of Moncton, Oscar (Pat) of London ON, Aimé (Nelda) of Pte-du-Chêne; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she is predeceased by an infant daughter, Laura; a sister, Bernadette; and brothers, Alfred, Aurèle, Bernard and Herman. Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). The Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2007, at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Roman Catholic Church, Murphy Avenue, Moncton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe. Visiting hours Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, from 10 a.m. until departure (10:45).
