The late Edward M. Leger Shediac, May 10 -
Edward M. Leger, well known commercial traveler, who died in Montreal on Thursday, was the father of 14 children, eight of whom are living. The near relatives surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Gaudet, wife of Dr. Camille Gaudet, Memramcook; Mrs. Murins Gauthier; Mrs. Paul Tranquile and the Misses Beatrice and Evangeline Leger, all of Montreal; three sons, Sifroid and Charles both of the Canadian National Railway General Offices, and Paul Leger, all of Montreal; a brother, Hon. Clement M. Leger, of Memramcook and three sisters, Mrs. Narcisse T. LeBLanc, of Summerside P.E.I; Mrs. Thomas Belliveau, of Moncton, and Mrs. Dosithe Bourque, of Memramcook. The funeral was held in Montreal where interment took place.
