Eugene Leger -
The death of Eugene Leger, 8 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Edmund Leger, of Gardner, Mass., occurred yesterday morning in the City Hospital after an illness of one week's duration. The boy was on a visit here with his parents, who were spending a vacation at their former homes in the city. Mr. Leger is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles T. Leger, 211 King street, and it was here where the boy was taken suddenly ill which necessitated his removal to the hospital. Besides his parents, he leaves to mourn his loss, one brother and one sister, Aldard and Viola. The funeral will be held on Tuesday morning from the home of his grandparents to the L'Assomption Church, where requiem mass will be celebrated at 8 o'clock. Following the service the cortege will leave for Roman Catholic cemetery on Shediac Road, where interment will be made.
