Adrice G. Léger
1934-2001
SAINT-ANDRE - Mr. Adrice G. Léger, 67, of Saint-André, passed away after a brief illness at The Moncton Hospital, Moncton on Wednesday, March 7, 2001.
Born in Saint-André, January 11, 1934, he was the son of the late George Léger and the late Adelaide Bourque. Adrice was a mechanic for 33 years with C.N.R. before taking his retirement and was a member of Saint-André LeBlanc Office Center. He was also a woodsman and enjoyed playing darts. He attended Ste. Thérèse d’Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé.
Adrice will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Eléonore (Goguen) Léger; four daughters, Marie-Léa Léger, at home, Bernice LeBlanc (Louis) of Saint-André, Gisèle Léger (Daniel) of Cormier Village, Sophie Léger (Vincent) of Moncton; two sons, Camille (Susan) of Moncton and Claude (Monique) of Saint-André; a sister, Lorraine Landry of Shediac; two brothers, Valerie (Aline) of Shediac and Aimée (Lorraine) of Flesherton, Ont; seven grandchildren, Janik, Lyne, Jamie-Lynn, Brian, Vickie, Joel and Jessy. He was predeceased by a sister, Lina and a brother, Albert.
Visitation on Sunday from 7 to 9 pm at Funérarium Frenette, Cap-Pelé (577-3297). The funeral mass will be held at 11am on Monday, March 12, 2001 at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
