Edward (Eddie) Boudreau
On Wednesday July 10, Eddie lost a long courageous battle with cancer. Born in Bouctouch, N.B. on January 1, 1941, son of the late Henry Boudreau and the late Alvina Allain. He was predeceased by his brother Aurele in April 2001. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Adela of 38 years with whom he loved sharing his hobbies such as fishing, hunting, gardening and watching the Boston Bruins hockey games. He certainly enjoyed life to its fullest doing the things he loved. Besides his wife, he is survived by his eldest daughter, Sandra Léger (Ronald) of St-Antoine, sons Randy (Moncton), Glenn (Gilberte) of Bouctouche. Two grand children, Corey and Anabel whom gave his so much joy since the day they were born. Sisters Aldora Melanson (Leo) Leominster Ma., Aline Langille, Moncton, Shirley Bastarache, Westiminister, Ma., Jeannette (Frank) Victoria, B.C., brother Vernon, Leominister, Ma. Several nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Before his retirement, Eddie worked for the Departement of Transportation at the Branch in Rexton. He also was a member of the Nights of Columbus, Consel Louis Hébert 6468. Visiting hours will be held at Ste- Anne Church Monday 7 to 9 pm and Tuesday 1 to 3 and 5 to 7pm. Funeral mass will be held at the Church Tuesday, July 16, 2002 at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, the family strongly wishes that donations be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor's choice.
