Mrs. S. LeBlanc Shemogue (Special) -
Mrs. Sarah LeBlanc, 79, of Little Cape died Wednesday at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born in Port Elgin, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Philonese (Donelle) Leger. She attended St. Thimothee Roman Catholic Church, Shemogue, and was a member of the Shemogue and Cap Pele Golden Age Clubs. She is survived by her husband, Emile; her step mother, Mrs. Earl Goodwin (Eleanor) of Port Elgin; three daughters, Mrs. Emery Vienneau (Cecile) of Cormier Village, Mrs. Roger Landry (Rita) of Cap Pele and Mrs. Yvon Cormier (Aline) of Bas Cap Pele; six brothers, Roy of Ottawa, Leonard of Calgary, Albert of Dorchester, Omer and Ernest of Hamilton, Ont., and Cecil of Moncton; 28 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A son, Leo and a brother, Joe, died previously. The body is at the Shemogue Golden age Club Hall, Shemogue. Funeral mass will be celebrated Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Thimothee Roman Catholic Church. Burial will be is the Shemogue Roman Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Frenette's Funeral Home, Shediac.
