Death Mrs. W. LeBlanc CAPE BALD (Special) -
The death of Mrs. Marie Helene LeBlanc, widow of William LeBlanc of Cape Bald occurred Monday at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton following a lengthy illness. She was 84. Born in Cape Bald she was the daughter of the late Melas and Catherine (Hebert) Bourque. She attended Cape Bald Roman Catholic Church and was a member of the Ladies of St. Anne. Her husband died in 1966. Surviving are one son, Abbey, Cape Pele; four sisters, Mrs. Alice LeBlanc, Amherst, N.S., Mrs. William J. devarennes, Kingston, Ont., Mrs. Elizabeth Gallant, Moncton and Mrs. Levi Leger (Lina) Sackville; two brothers, Arthur, Cape Bald, and Charles, Springfield, Mass.; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The body is resting at the home of her son Abbey in Cape Bald with funeral service to be held Thursday at 11 a.m. from Cape Bald Roman Catholic Church. Following the funeral service the body will be placed in the receiving vault in the pariah cemetery to await interment in the spring.
