SAINT-PAUL DE KENT, NB - Oscar Léger, 49, of Saint-Paul de Kent, NB, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB on Monday, December 10, 2001 after a brief illness. Born on July 17, 1952 in Moncton, NB, he was the son of Raymond Léger and the late Marguerite Léger (2000). He was a labor at Bouctouche Fish Market for several years, and attended Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his father, Raymond Léger, Saint-Paul de Kent; six sisters, Florine Pitre (Léonard), Edna Henri (Valmond) both of Waltham, Ma., Emma Bastarache (Normond) of Marlboro, Ma., Lorraine Jaillet (Gérald) of Bouctouche-Baie, Marie Filmore (Donny) of Claireville, Alma Léger of Cocagne; four brothers, Léo (Delcina), Léandre, Denis, all from Saint-Paul de Kent, Pierre (Lois) of Waltham, Ma., one adoptive brother, Laurie Boucher of Saint-Paul de Kent; nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by three sisters, Alfreda, Géraldine, Patricia; three brothers, Alfred, Eloi, Ben. Resting at Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber room, with visiting hours on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00, Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. Funeral service will be held at Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 12, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in parish cemetery.
