Frank Leger -
The death of Frank Leger of 350 High Street, occured at Moncton Hospital on Tuesday following a lengthy illness. Formerly of Barachois, he was 76 years of age, born in Little Cape, a son of the late Marc and Marguerite (Gallant) Leger. He was a retired merchant. He attended Christ the King Roman Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Aezelie Doiron; seven sons, Valmond of Moncton, Camille and Willie, all of Dieppe, Ubald, Nazaire and Laurie, all of Toronto and Gilles of Waltham, Mass.; four sisters, Mrs. Abbee Arseneault (Philomene) of Cape Bald, Mrs. Gordon Murray (Alma), Mrs. Perine Richard and Miss Adrienne Leger, all of Saint John; two brothers, Emile and John, both of Little Cape. Also surviving are several grandchildren. The body will rest at Frenette's funeral home, 88 Church Street, with funeral mass to be celebrated Thursday at 9 a.m. at Christ The King Church. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery.
