Mrs. G. Goguen Notre Dame (Special) -
Mrs. Genevieve (Genereuse) Goguen, 69, of Notre Dame, died Wednesday at The Moncton Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born in Notre Dame, she was a daughter of the late Denis and Azelie (LeBlanc) landry. a housewife, she attended Notre Dame du Sacre Coeur Roman Catholic Church, Notre dame. She was a member of the Notre Dame Golden Age Club. Her first husband, Jean Bourque, died in 1956. She is survived by her second husband, Regis Goguen; four daughters, Mrs. Normand Melanson (Rose) of Ayer, Mass., Mrs. Allias Leger (Jeannine) of Cap Pele, Mrs. Leo Robichaud (Rose-Marie) of Shediac and Mrs. Rheal Cormier (Cecelia, Cecile) of St. Antoine; seven sons, Cleophas (Clifford) Bourque, Clarence Bourque, Blair Bourque, regis Bourque and Rheal Goguen, all of Notre Dame. Gerard Bourque of Scarborough, Ont.; three sisters, Euphemie gallant of Grande Digue, Marguerite (Marie) Cormier of Moncton, and Emma Boucher of the U.S.; three brothers, Arcade Landry of Losier Settlement, Pierre landry of St. Phillippe, and Philias Landry of Moncton; 25 grandchildren and four great grandchilden. The body is at Notre Dame du Sacre Coeur Roman Catholic Roman Catholic Church, Notre Dame, where funeral services Will be held saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche.
