DUPUIS CORNER - Mrs. Leoline Saulnier, 72, of Dupuis Corner, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Wednesday, April 19, 1995.
Born on July 23, 1922 in Bas Cape Pele, she was the daughter of Elise (Landry) Brun of Villa Providence, Shediac and the late Emery Brun. She was employed with the Cap Bald Packers until retirement with 30 years service. She attended the Ste-Therese d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap Pele. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion in Cap Pele and a former member of the Golden Age Club in Cap Pele.
Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband, Fernand Saulnier; five daughters, Fernande Messier and her husband Andre of Montreal, Que., Mrs. Lorette Orris of Florida, USA., Mrs. Cecilia Leger and her husband Donald of Petit Cape, Mrs. Denise Blanchard of Barachois and Lisa Saulnier and Mark Curvin of Dieppe; four sons, Jean Saulnier and his wife Florence, Neri Saulnier and his wife Carmella, Emery Saulnier and his wife Claire and Andre Saulnier and his wife Rachel, all of Dupuis Corner; five sisters, Mrs. Lorraine Leger of Trois Ruisseaux, Mrs. Eva Mazerolle of Toronto, Ont., Mrs. Maria Maillet and her husband Jean-Paul of Bouctouche, Mrs. Aline Savoie and her husband Adelard of Toronto, Ont., and Mrs. Laurida Brun and her husband Aris of St. Anselme; seven brothers, Aime Brun and his wife Albanie of Cap Pele, Omer Brun and his wife Dorothe of Bas Cap Pele, Alfred Brun and his wife Hermilia of Bouctouche, Adrice Brun and his wife Camilla of Bas Cap Pele, Armand and his wife Norma of West Palm Beach Florida, USA., Romuald Brun and his wife Dina of Cap Pele and Regis Brun of Moncton; 17 grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Resting at Ste-Therese D'Avila Roman Catholic Church Hall, Cap Pele with visiting hours on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at Ste-Threse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap Pel on Saturday, April 22, 1995 at 11 a.m. Interment in Cap Pele Roman Catholic Parish Cemetery, Cap Pele.
