M. Delphis Léger
M. Delphis Léger de St-Antoine est décédé à l'hôpital de St-Jean à l'âge de 76 ans. Né à Lawrenceville, Mass., il était le fils de feu Maxime Léger et de feu Marguerite Cormier. Son épouse née Clara Collette l'a précédé dans la tombe en avril dernier.
Il laisse dans le deuil deux filles: Mme Edgar Allain (Lillianne) de Hartford, Conn., et Floridta de Bristol, Conn.; trois fils: Emery, Rudolphe et Delphis de Bristol, Conn.; trois soeurs: Mme Elodia LeBlanc de Moncton; Mme Arthur Noël (Régina) de Miami, Floride; et Marguerite de New York; trois demi-soeurs: Mme Philippe LeBlanc (Edna) de Sault-Ste-Marie, Ont.; Mme Georges Pitre (Yvonne) de Halifax; Béatrice de Saint-Jean; deux frères: Laurie de New York, Emile de Long Island; deux demi-frères: Denis Léger en Ontario, et Edgar de Chipman.
Il laisse également six petits-enfants et un arrière-petit-enfant.
La dépouille mortelle est actuellement exposée au salon funéraire Frenette à Moncton.

MRS. ROSE A. LEGERE
The death occured at her home early Thursday evening Dec 24 of Mrs. Rose Anna Legere of Maccan. Up until six months ago, Mrs. Legere had always enjoyed fairly good health. She was 86 years of age, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bourgeois, born in Grande Dique, N.B. ans lived all her married life in Maccan. She was twice married , her first husband , the late James St. Peter predeceased her in 1912. Her second husband, the late Abner Legere, predeceased her in 1941.
From her first marriage she is survived by one daughter, Margaret, Mrs. Lawrence Cormier of Toronto; five sons, Henry St. Peter, Joggins; Charles and Harvey, Maccan; Leo, Amherst; Anthony, Southampton. From her second marriage she is survived by one son, Lawrence Legere, Maccan. Also surviving are one half brother and two half sisters and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The remains are resting at her home in Maccan. The funeral service will be held Monday morning at 9 a.m. from St. Thomas Aquinas, R.C. Church in Joggins. Interment will be in Ragged Reef Cemtery.

WILSON, Catherine Mary (Kitty) -
85, 42 Queen St., Springhill, died November 25, 1992, in All Saints Hospital, Springhill. Born in Amherst, Cumberland County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph (Obey) Elie and Mary Ann (McInnis) Legere. She was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church and UCW, Springhill. She belonged to Imperial Oil of the Daughters of the Empire and All Saints Springhill Hospital Auxiliary. She was a founding member of Nova Scotia Hairdressers Association. She is survived by two sons, D. Keith, J. Gary, both of Springhill; sister, Mrs. Pearl Collins, El Paso, Texas; six grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, William Davidson (Spark); sister, Lillian; brother, Ernest. The body is in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. John's Roman Catholic Church, Rev. Patrick Cosgrove officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery, North Street, Springhill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society or any charity.
