Brian was employed by the Pepsi Bottling Group, a model car enthusiast, his models were often displayed at local car shows. Beside his mother, he is survived by his daughter, Danielle, at home; two sisters, Annette (Robert Paul) Melanson of Dieppe and Diane (Roger) LeBlanc of Greater Lakeburn; one brother, Richard (Rose-Mai) of Moncton; two half-brothers, Michel (Manon) Leger of Quebec, QC and Claude (Guylaine) Leger of Terre Bonne, QC, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Visitations will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Wednesday, January 30th, 2008 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday from 10 am until time of departure.     Mrs. Raphael Leger, aged 74 years, died this morning at the Providence St. Joseph's Home here. Deceased was born at St. Mary's, Kent County, a daughter of the late Hon. Oliver J. LeBlanc, of that place. She completed her studies at the convent of St. Louis, Kent County, and was one of the first students who attended that institution. She afterwards married Raphael Leger, a well known citizen of Shediac. She was the last survivor of a large family. Surviving are two step-sisters, Mrs. Marie-Rose LeBlanc, of St. Mary's, and Mrs. Onesime LeBlanc, of Shediac; two nieces, Mrs. J.A. Nowlan, of Upper Poquemouche, and Mrs. Tilmon Girouard, of Leominster, Mass.; four nephews, Henri Nowlan, of St. Anselme; J.B. Nowlan, manager of the Evangeline daily newspaper, Moncton; Oscar LeBlanc, of Shediac, and Rodolphe LeBlanc, of St. Mary's. The funeral will be held in Moncton ...

    Mrs. Stephen Leger -
    The death occurred yesterday morning at the family residence, 140 Lester Avenue, of Mrs. Stephen Leger. She had been ailing for some time, but had only been confined to her bed for the last few weeks. The late Mrs. Leger, who before her marriage was Miss Mary LeBlanc, of College Bridge, was seventy years of age. She had resided in Moncton for many years, her husband being foreman of Sherrard's granite works. The late Mrs. Leger was a woman of sterling qualities and had a large number of friends who will sympatize with the bereaved family. Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. J. Henry Bourque, of Cambridge, Mass.; Mrs. Ida Gardner, of Boston, and Mrs. Fred Patterson, of this city, and two sons, Frank and Clorice, both of Moncton. She also leaves one sister, Miss Olive LeBlanc, of this city, and several grand-children. The funeral will be held on Thursday morning at eight o'clock from her late home to L'Assomption Church, where Requiem High Mass will be sung. Interment will be made in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Shediac Road.

    Lorraine M. Legere (1916 - 2008) -
    It is with deep sadness that our family announces the passing of our loving mother, Lorraine M. Legere (LeBlanc) on Sunday, February 3, 2008. Mom passed away quietly following a stroke at the Villa du Repos. She was 91 years old. How lucky we all were to have such a loving and giving mother in our lives and to whom it is so difficult to say good-bye. She will always be missed and never forgotten. Born in Memramcook, she was the daughter of the late Lucien and Marie (Arsenault) LeBlanc of Gayton. She is survived by her loving sons, Leo (Mae) of Dieppe, Eddie (Lorraine) of Devon, Alberta and Jack (Joanne) of Moncton, brothers; Lionel of Moncton and Leandre of Memramcook and a sister, Alma Melanson of Memramcook; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, John A. Legere; sisters, Agnes and Doris, brothers; Fred, Eddie, Narcisse, Allain, Emery, Francis and Albert. A memorial service will be held on February 7, 2008 from Fair Haven Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am followed by a reception in the Garden View Reception Room. Arrangements entrusted with Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton (506) 852-3530. Interment will be held at a later date in Saint John. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Lorraine's memory may be made to the Alzheimers Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation. A book of condolences may be signed at: www.fairhavenmemorial.ca.
