Surviving are two stepdaughters, Irene (Mrs. Dos Breau), Memramcook, N.B.; Jennie, Truro, a stepson Jake, Pugwash. She was predeceased by her husband, John E. Legere. The body is in Lindsay-Kennedy Memorial Residence, Truro. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Truro, Msgr. Colin Campbell officiating, with burial in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.

He was predeceased by his first wife the former Natalie Cormier, and a son, Sanford. Surviving are his second wife, the former Cathleen MacDonald; two daughters, Jennie, at home; Irene (Mrs. Dos Breau), Moncton, a son Jake, Hamilton, Ont.; and a stepdaughter, Leona (Mrs. Fred Landry), Amherst. The body is at the Kennedy Memorial Funeral Home, Truro. Funeral service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will be at Robie Street Cemetery.
