MRS. THADDEE LANDRY ST. JOSEPH, Oct. 10 (Special) —
The death occurred here tonight of a life-long and esteemed resident of this district in the person of Mrs. Thaddee Landry, who passed away about nine o'clock at the home of her son, Henry Landry. She had been in failing health for the past year or so and while her death was not unexpected, yet it came as a shock to her relatives and friends here. The deceased, who was the last surviving: member of her family, was formerly Miss Nathalie LeBlanc and was born in this community 81 years ago. Her husband passed away two weeks ago and she is survived by one son, Henry Landry, with whom she resided, and by four daughters, Mrs. Thaddee Bourque of Moncton, Mrs. George LeBlanc of Memramcook, Mrs. Napoleon Leger of New Hampshire, U.S.A., and Mrs. William Chisholm of Norwich, Connecticut. The funeral arrangements had not been completed tonight and will be announced later.
