Mrs. Octave Lebel -
Mrs. J. Medard Leger of Georgetown, received a wire Tuesday from Amesbury, Mass. informing her that her sister, Mrs. Octavie Lebel formerly Regina Bourque, had passed away on Chrismas day at the age of 43. Mrs. Lebel had been ill health for about two years. Besides her husband, she leaves to mourn her lost, three young children, all girls, Therese, Rita and Yvonne. The late Mrs. Lebel was a daughter of the late Edmund Bourque and Mrs. Celina Bourque of Meadow Brook, Westmorland County, N.B. Also surviving are her four sisters, Mrs. J. Medard Leger, Georgetown, Mrs. Edouard Pellerin, Lynn, Mass.; Mrs. Albert Melanson, Scoudouc; Mrs. Alphonse J. Boudreau, Shediac, and four brothers, Edward of Halifax, Alfred, Lynn, Mass.; Aime, R.C.A.F., Lakebrun, and Laurent at the old homestead in Meadow Brook. Mrs. Lebel was well known in Moncton and vicinity prior to her removal to the United States eighteen years ago. She was married in 1929 in Amesbury, Mass.
