C.D.Leger Aldouane (Special) -
The death of Camille David Leger of Aldouane occurred Friday evening at the Stella Maris Hospital at Ste. Anne de Kent after a lengthy illness. He was 74. Born at St. Mary, he was a son of the late David and Emilee (Maillet)-Leger, and attended the St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto. He was employed for more than 30 years with the department of highways. He is survived by his wife, the former Lucie Bordage; five daughters, Mrs. Aurele Bordage (Rita) of Saint John, Mrs. Aurele Daigle (Florence) of Ottawa, Mrs. Laurie Bordage (Doreen) of Montreal, Mrs. Ronald Cormier (Maria) of Buctouche, and Eva Leger of Lindsay, Ont.; three sons, Leo and Noel, both of Aldouane, and Gerard Leger, at home. two sisters, Mrs. Marie Allain of Moncton and Mrs. Cyril Arsenault (Annie) of Richibucto; two brothers, Joseph of Shediac and Maxime Leger of Hartford, Conn., and by 20 grandchildren. The body is resting at the slumber room, St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto. Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m Monday at the St. Aloysius Church with interment in the parish cemetery at Aldouane.
