Lorette Léger
BOUCTOUCHE, NB - Lorette Léger, 95, wife of the late Joseph Léger (1982), of Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche and formerly of SaintAntoine de Kent passed away at Manoir Saint-Jean Baptiste, Bouctouche, NB on Monday, April 18, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Born in Cocagne, NB on June 4, 1909 she was the daughter of the late Amand Surette and the late Marie-Luce Babineau. Lorette attended SaintAntoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Antoine de Kent. She was the organist at Saint-Antoine l'Ermite Roman Catholic Church, SaintAntoine de Kent for 40 years. Lorette is survived by one daughter, Jeanne Léger of Saint-Antoine de Kent; one son, Hervé (Sylvia) of Notre-Dame de Kent; four grandchildren, Lise, Jeannot, Mario, Alice; seven great grandchildren; several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by one daughter, Annette (2003); two sisters, Lydia, Ozithe; and five brothers, Baptiste, Adelard, Omer, Father Hector Surette, and Aquila. Resting at Saint-Antoine l'Ermite Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, Saint-Antoine de Kent with visitation on Wednesday, April 20 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Thursday from 2 to 3:45 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Saint-Antoine L'Ermite Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Antoine de Kent on Thursday, April 21, 2005 at 4:00 pm. Interment will take place in the Parish Cemetery.
