Dométhilde Bernard, age 94, of the Villa du Repos, Moncton, wife of the late Alfred Bernard (1998), passed away at her residence on Thursday, March 30, 2006 after a lengthy illness. Born November 2, 1911, in Saint-Paul, NB, she was the daughter of the late Patrice Léger and Marie-Rose Arsenault. A housewife, she attended Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church and was a member of the Saint-Paul de Kent Golden Age Club. She is survived by four daughters, Alfreda Henri (Paul) of Old Saybrook, Conn., Patsy Henri of Cromwell, Conn., Rosa Maillet (Victor) of Coal Branch, Yvette Richard (Jacques) of Leominster, Mass.; five sons, Léonide (Pauline), Jean-Guy (Nicole), Ernest (Yvonne) all of Saint-Paul, Jean-Noel (Anne-Marie) of Leominster, Mass, Gilles (Lucille) of Saint-Anselme; 21 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; several nephews and nieces and special friend Doris Robichaud of Gardner, Mass. Resting at Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, with visiting hours on Sunday, April 2nd from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm and Monday, from 2:00 pm to 3:45 pm. Funeral service will be held from Saint-Paul de Kent Roman Catholic Church on Monday, April 3, 2006 at 4:00 pm. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
