NATICK, MASS - Albenie J. “Ben“ Leger, 63, of Natick, died Sun. Nov 18, 2001 at his home after a long illness. He was the husband of Johanna R. (Brown) Leger. Born and raised in St. Paul, NB, he was a son of Raymond Leger and the late Margaret (Leger). Mr. Leger co-founded and operated Waltham Plastering. Besides his wife and father, he is survived by his daughter, Sharon K. McLaughlin (Stephen), Nashua, N.H.; sisters, Florine (Mrs. Leonard Petrie), Edna (Mrs. Valmond Henry), Waltham, Emma (Mrs. Norman Bastarache), Marlborough, Alma Leger, Lorraine (Mrs. Gerald Jaillet), Marie (Mrs. Donald Fillmore); brothers, Leo Leger (Delcina), Oscar Leger, Denis Leger, and Leandre Leger; Laurie Boucher, all of NB, and Pierre (Lois), Waltham; his grandson, Evan; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by Alfred, Alfreda, Patricia, Geraldine and Eloi Leger. Services were held on Nov. 21.
