Robert LeBlanc

Mr. Robert LeBlanc, age 67, of Budd Lane, Moncton, passed away Sunday, January 18, 1998 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital following a lengthy illness.

Born May 27, 1930 in Ste-Marie, he was the son of the late Fidele and the late Clara (Ouellette) LeBlanc. He was a retired maintenance person for W. G. Toogood Ltd., and attended St-Louis-de-France Roman Catholic Church (Lewisville).

He is survived by his wife, Orpha (Leger) LeBlanc; a daughter, Louise LeBlanc (Glenn) of Moncton; two sons, Claude (Denise) of Fredericton, Charles (Karen) of Moncton; three half-sisters, Rosée Nowlan (Albert) of Dieppe, Stella Girouard of Ste-Marie, Lina Bastarache of Bouctouche; seven half-brothers, Arthur Nowlan (Rita) of Ste-Marie, Jim Nowlan (Irene) of Moncton, Edgar LeBlanc (Laudia) of Ste-Marie, Edouard LeBlanc (Jeanne) and Jospeh LeBlanc of Bouctouche, Abel LeBlanc (Laudia) of St-Antoine, Albert LeBlanc of Moncton; three grandchildren, Rebecca, Julie, Sébastien; several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by two half-sisters, Mai, Lillianne; two half-brothers, Johnny and Emile.

Remains resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88, Church Street, Moncton. Visiting hours Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday morning from 10 until departure (10:45 a.m.). The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday January 21, 1998 from St-Louis-de-France Roman Catholic Church (Lewisville), Father Clement-Guy Melanson officiating. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Roman Catholic Cemetery in Dieppe.
