F. Leger -
Francois (Frank) Leger, 86, of 446 Lutz St. died Saturday at Dr. Georges Dumont Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Springhill, N.S., he was a son of the late Moses and Marie (LeBlanc) Leger. He was a machinist with CN prior to retirement. He attended Assumption Cathedral. He was a member of International Association of Machinists, Local 595, and of the CN War Vets. He is survived by his wife, the former Exelda Cormier; two daughters, Mrs. George Dallaire (Bernice), Mrs. Robert Burke (Helen), both of Moncton; two sons, Everett, Texas; Gerard, Los Angeles, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Susie LeBlanc, Lewisville; one brother, William, Moncton; 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The body is at Frenette's funeral home, 88 Church St., Funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at Assumption Cathedral.
