J.P. Boudreau Shediac (Special) -
Jean Paul Boudreau of Shediac, died Tuesday at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital. He was 65 years of age. Born in Maisonette, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Pierre Boudreau and was a retired carpenter. He attended St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, here and was a member of Shediac branch of the Royal Canadian Legion. He was a veteran of the Second World War. He is survived by his wife, the former Marguerite Hebert; his step-mother, Mrs. Leonie (Godin) Boudreau of Tracadie; two daughters, Mrs. Leo Paul Gaudreau (Raymonde) and Mrs. Roger Gallant (Rolande), both of Shediac; two sons, Valmond of Shediac and Fernand of Montreal; seven sisters, Amanda, Mrs. Fidele Landry (Aline) and Mrs. Jean-Pierre Leger (Elise), all of Caraquet, Mrs. Wilfred Leger (Antoinette) of Maisonette, Mrs. Donald Godin (Alexandrine) of Paquetville, Mrs. Merelo Blanchard (Marguerite) and Mrs. Theophile Landry (Simonne), both of Montreal; four brothers, Lionel of Quebec, Edgar of Bathurst, Ernest of Montreal and Antonia of River Glade and nine grandchildren. The body is at Frenette's funeral home, Shediac, with funeral mass to be celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
