P. Landry -
The death of Philip (Phil) Landry of 48 Dufferin Street, Moncton occurred Tuesday at Dr. George Dumont Hospital after a sudden illness. He was 50. Born in Amherst, N.S. he was the son of the late Aurele and Mabel (Theriault) Landry. He was salesman, and a past president of the Kinsmen Club of Fredericton in 1966. He Attended Assumption Cathedral. He is survived by his wife, the former Patricia Leger; four daughters, Margot, Charlotte, Susan, and Annette, all at home; two sons, Maurice and Louis both at home; one sister Mrs. Courtney Simonds (Catherine) of Edmonton, Alta., and two brothers, Robert of Amherst, and Gerald of Edmonton. The body will be resting at Frenette's Funeral Home on Wednesday and funeral services will be held at Assumption Cathedral at 10 a.m. on Friday July 8 Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
