William Cornelius Donovan (W. C. Bill)

NORDIN — William Cornelius Donovan (W. C. Bill), 60, of Nordin, passed away at Region #7 Newcastle Facility on Sunday, February 26, 1995.

Born in Red Bank, he was the son of the late Herman and Frances (Murphy) Donovan. He attended St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Newcastle and was a salesman for Atlantic Knife and Saws.

He is survived by his wife, Irene (Legere) Donovan; two sons, Brian of Newcastle and Peter of Nordin; three sisters, Mary (Mrs. Gib Watling) of Newcastle, Noreen (Mrs. Ed Salak) of Sarnia, Ont. and Jeannie (Mrs. Earl Kemp) of Edmonton, Alta ; four brothers, Bernard of Newcastle, Pat of Moncton, Jim of Halifax and Francis of Ingersoll, Ont.; several nieces and nephews.

Resting at Bell's Funeral Home, Newcastle with visiting hours on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Newcastle on Wednesday, March 1, 1995 at 2 p.m. Interment in St. Bridget's Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in Renous, N.B.
